ABOUT
I’ve never had a particularly linear career, and I think I’m better at what I do because of it.
I’ve worked across a lot of different categories, on both the agency and brand side, and with businesses at very different stages. Some of that was intentional. Some of it was following interesting opportunities and people I wanted to learn from.
I’m naturally curious, so I tend to want to understand more than just my piece of the assignment. I want to know how the business works, what the client or team is actually trying to solve, and what else might be getting in the way. That tends to become one of the more useful things I bring to a team.
I also really like people. I’m pretty good at reading a room, knowing when to push and when to listen, and finding common ground between people who might be coming at something very differently. I take the work seriously, but I try not to take myself too seriously.
I know I do my best work around smart, ambitious, low-ego people who are comfortable figuring things out together. I care about making good work, but I care just as much about how we get there.
